Why we are different
We only use Free Range Pigs from select Oxfordshire farms who consistently supply fantastic quality pork. The apple sauce is handmade from Bramley apples, slowly stewed and then gently crushed together. Our apricot, sage & sausage meat stuffing is something to behold - pork sausage meat, sauteed onions, with the subtle undertones of fresh sage but then adding roughly chopped apricots.
The hind quarter of beef is sourced from local farms, hand selected and hung for 3-4 weeks by our in-house butcher. It is served with lightly fried onions which have been browned off in butter for the added flavour, traditional English mustard and creamed horseradish.

The Hog Roast / Pig Roast feeds 120 people served on a plate or fill 150 Bread Rolls. The Beef Roast will serve 150 people on a plate and fill 200 Bread Rolls. View our Hog Roast & Pig Roast prices.
We have a large selection of Barbecue menu items which can easily include salads or desserts.
For each event our staff will arrive between 1.5 and 2 hours before we are due to serve. They will bring a 3m x 3m garden gazebo with trestle tables and cloths to serve from, along with everything else they will need.
