The Chopping Block are Butchers, Caterers & Pie Makers.

We sell our pies and other prepared dishes wholesale for either the food service sector or packaged to be sold in retail outlets.

Pack sizes = 12 x 270g packs.

All our pies are cooked and prepared from scratch in our catering kitchens at Flecknoe, and we only use the best local and free range meats from ethically produced farms.

We are currently audited to the HEFF standard for food hygiene recognised by the NHS and supermarket chains. We are also in the process of being audited for the natinally recognised SALSA standard.
