The best of British is here including a selection of our favourite Sausage varieties from around the country as well as Dry Cured, Long Cut Bacon, Back Bacon and propper traditionally cooked Ham.
Homemade with pork shoulder and belly in natural skins. These sausages area minimum of 80% pork meat, and offer a variety of National favourites.
We offer either Dry Cured, Long Cut Bacon or normal Back Bacon. Both of which are British of Course and are either Smoked or Unsmoked.
Our English Cooked Hams are really superb, thick joints of solid meat. Not too salty and wet, but without being dry and bland.
