Our alfresco catering is one of the things we have become famous for. We cater at weddings, corporate events and garden parties alike all over the country. When you have fantastic ingredients like we have it makes everything so much easier to make a success of an event. All our Ovens and Barbecues are built for professional catering purposes, and are fully gas powered with no moving parts requiring electricity. The ovens we use for the pig & Beef Roasts are not rotisseries, as these give us the flexibility to add extra joints of meat for additional guests and cook anything from sausages to a 120lb piece of Beef. The Pig Roasts feed 120 people served on a plate or fill 150 Bread Rolls. The Beef Roast will serve 150 people on a plate and fill 200 Bread Rolls.
The Barbecues are Cinders commercial catering barbecues that are fantastic for producing perfect results every time, they also have grill trays, and can hold chaffing pans to keep the food warm without being over the flame. If you would like salads or desserts adding to you order these can all be arranged as well.
For each event our staff will arrange to arrive between 1.5 and 2 hours before we are due to serve, and ideally try to arrange a discreet entrance to come through or will arrange to set up before guests arrive. They will bring a 3m x 3m Garden Gazebo as standard to set up under, with trestle tables and table cloths to serve from along with everything else they will need to cook and serve your meal.
