Packaging & Delivery

Do I have to pay on line?

No, if you would prefer you can phone or email your order through and you can either arrange to pay by BACS or we can take payment over the phone.

What happens when I place my order?

You will recieve an email confirming we have recieved your order. We will then send you another email letting you know when your order has been despatched, so that you know when to expect it.


What days do you deliver and can I collect my order?

If you choose to collect your order from the shop, you obviously won't be charged, but please phone up to arrange a time and date to collect from us. Please note that if your order comes to over £80 you are eligable for a FREE delivery.

If you have selected to have your order delivered, we ship on a Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays each week on a 24 hour service, to arrive on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Your shipment will be sent on the next available date, allowing 2 working days before you selected delivery day, otherwise your order will be moved over to the same day the following week.


When will my order arrive?

Once we have sent you an email letting you know it is on its way, your order will arrive the next day by national courier, and usually arrive by midday, but sometimes it may be a bit later.


How will my food arrive?

All our Butchered Meats and Meals we ship are frozen as soon as they are prepared, to ensure we lock in all the freshness of our products, and so that you can eat our meat or our meals at your convenience without having to worry about Use By Dates.


What do I do if I am not going to be there to meet the courier?

Don't worry, we have a item on the delivery page where you can add special delivery instructions. E.G - Leave with next door neighbour, leave in porch.


How do I store the products when they have arrived?

As they will arrive frozen, you can either put them in to your own freezer to use at your convenience or simply leave them out to defrost, following the use by guidelines on the packaging.
