All our Beef is sourced from grassland British Farms that specialise in breeding and rearing beef cattle.
Lamb

All our Lamb is Locally Reared, Fully Traceable, Breed Specific and from Grassland Farmed.

Pork

All our Pork is free range supplied from Freedom Foods Herds. These animals are born outside and are free from antibiotic growth promoters, meat and bone meal feed and hormones.
Chicken & Game

All our Chicken and Duck are either Outdoor Reared Grain Fed or Free Range from English Farms.

Sausages, Bacon & Ham

We supply a British selection of Sausages from around the country as well as Dry Cured, Long Cut Bacon, Back Bacon and traditionally cooked Ham.

At The Chopping Block, we source all our meat from specialist selected British farms, who rear all their animals on grassland and free range farms. We pride ourselves on providing not only fantastic quality Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry but which is also ethically produced by Great British farmers.

As a small independent Butchers, with our own catering and ready meals business, we are our own biggest customer. Our chefs cater for Weddings, Private Parties and large Corporate Clients, including Mercedes Benz, HSBC, J. Sainsbury's, and therefore they demand only the best quality British Meats from specially selected suppliers ensuring we are always striving to bring the best quality products to all our customers.
