All our Beef is sourced from recognised British Farms that specialise in breeding and rearing Beef Cattle, which is then hung for between 21 and 28 days before sale.
We only source the meat from Heifers or Steers from Double Crossed Beef Cattle Breeds, that have been reared on grassland Farms with Farm Assurance Affiliation, and our aim is give 100% traceability for all our beef.
We are proud to supply award winning beef from Churchlands Hereford. Churchlands Estate is located in the heart of Oxfordshire, and for nearly 30 years, home to herd founder, Philip English, and the Churchlands Estate herd of outstanding Hereford cattle.
